Family packs of 600 g to 1 kg work out far cheaper per biscuit than single rolls, and most brands sell them in sealed inner packs so they stay crisp. Look at the ingredients: "whole wheat" and "no maida" digestives have more fibre, and "zero trans-fat" appears on the better packs. Check the FSSAI number and a "best before" three months or more away. Store in an airtight tin once opened.
